Private appartments
The majority of private accommodation in Croatia is located in the area of
Istria and the Kvarner Bay. We base our offer on 3-star private
apartments, which are located between 100 and 800 meters from the sea. The
apartments are largely new or renovated, well arranged and furnished, with
their own kitchen, bathroom, toilette and a terrace or balcony. The
highest demand is for independent houses or villas not inhabited by their
owners, guaranteeing guests full privacy. We can offer such houses either
in tourist settlements by the sea, or, for those more inclined towards
rural tourism, houses in the hinterland of Crikvenica or Novi Vinodol,
only a few kilometers away from the sea, or mountain cottages in the
beautiful ambience and natural splendors of Gorski Kotar (at an altitude
of approximately 800 m), approximately 30 - 40 km from the sea.
