Description:
The hotel was built in 1973. It got its name from a protected endemic tree “Omorika” that was discovered by botanist dr Josip Pančić, who was born is this area, in Bribir.
The size of the hotel, its spacious halls and state rooms tell a story of glamour of past times. Hotel Omorika held famous symposiums and scientific gatherings. The best known is the 1st World Symposium of Astronauts on the subject of Danikan’s book on aliens.
The hotel was renovated in 2015 and 2016.
